This "mixed media" photomanipulation was created in Photoshop.
(Her face, hair, arms, top of dress, bottom of dress are all different stock images.)

Many hours with many details! I am very happy to finally complete her though!

It was fun adding sparkly details; jewels, feathers, glitter, and painted the eyes/lips/face/ and other areas as well.
